Pricer wins a major order from the French retailer Carrefour. Through its partner Ishida, Pricer is also awarded a substantial contract by Ito-Yokado in the Japanese market. IBM is another new partner in the US market.
The ESL development company PIER AB is formed. Pricer becomes majority owner of the software company Appulse Ltd. in India. StoreNext is a new partner in the US market.
An extensive action program is carried out to restructure and streamline operations and sharpen the customer focus.
Pricer wins a major order in Japan through its partner Ishida.
Intactix is sold to the American company JDA Software Group.
Deliveries to the Metro stores are completed.
Partnership formed with Ishida in Japan.
Pricer acquires Intactix, a supplier of systems for space management. A partnership is established with Telxon, which delivers wireless and portable tele-transaction computers and systems.
Pricer is introduced on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
An agreement is signed with Metro for installations in 53 Metro stores in Germany.
The first Pricer system is installed at ICA in Sweden.
Pricer is founded in June. Development of the first ESL system begins.
